Vagrant Story 2 - Superpowered Ashley Riot [censored]s things up with stupidly named weapons
Bushido Blade 3- Man, Bushido Blade was awesome. Fights either lasted 2 seconds or 10. [censored] health bars, you got slashed with a sword, you're dead. [censored].
Dungeon Keeper 3 - For those of you who haven't played Dungeon Keeper, think Overlord meets The Sims, only without the gayness of either.
Syndicate 3/Syndicate Wars 2 - God damn you, Peter Molyneux, I want my nuke grenades

Vagrant Story 2 is something I'd rather they leave alone at this point. I just don't trust Squeenix to do non-androogynous super-fashionable lead characters anymore! Agreed on all those other counts, though. A year ago, I would've said Golden Sun DS, but... what else.
Future Cop LAPD 2, Colony Wars 4, Final Fantasy Tactics 2 (as in, not a derivative sappy piece of muck like the Advance games), Kengo 3 (it was like Bushido Blade, but better!).

Megaman Legends 3: leaving us at a cliffhanger isnt very nice, especially if your never going to bother coming back to it and giving us Megaman ZX and Starforce is just adding insult. its funny, the creator has enough money to spew crappy DS titles that plenty of stupid kids buy but when it comes to something as simple as continuing with what he already has, he seems to have a few pennies missing. And speaking of spewing crappy spinoffs, isnt it more expensive to start fresh on a new series? Also, why the hell didnt we get the PSP ports of megaman legends 1 and 2? thats just bull...
Megaman x9: Again, another megaman game that should have ended in the 5th title but didn't. Please can we have one more game JUST to add closure?
Resident Evil being Resident Evil: Resi was always about horror survival. Now its just turned into a 3rd person action game that rips off Gears of War. its ironic because I thought Gears of War ripped off Resident Evil 4. What I'm trying to say is bring back resident evil on what it was awesome for. I recently went back to Resident Evil 2 and the limited ammo, health and having to watch my every corner was the very thing I enjoyed. seriously, its nice to get ammo and money from defeated enemies but it kind ruins the whole point in survival horror. if the enemy was a police officer, him dropping ammo for you would be believable, if the enemy was a doctor, its fair to believe the they would have some supplies on them. also, having money to upgrade your weapons also kills the point in a survival horror. you wouldn't have the chance to do that in real life so what's the point to add it in a video game? to add less frustration? make the game more easy to get threw? If you were wanting to blast zombies to hell and all out action then you really should have picked up something else and after Resident Evil 5, its a shame that Capcom sunk that low.

Skies of Arcadia 2.
Greatest RPG ever and well deserving of it's brilliant world being shown more.

Lemme see:
Arcanum 2 - I loved Troika's Arcanum a lot more than the Fallout series.
A "true" Deus Ex 2 - Not the fail that was Invisible War or the upcoming Deus Ex 3, but one with Warren Spector in it.
Dune 4 - A sequel to Emperor: Battle for DUne. And, yes, with House Ordos. I'm tired of both Command & Conquer sequels and the current Brian Herbet Dune. I lvoed walking around Dune with the forbidden technology of the Ordos.
SimEarth 2 - Will Wright & Maxis tried to make the most advanced Earth simular based on Lovelock's gaia theory for the PC systems at the time. We have the technology to ahve a more advanced game nowadays, so, why isn't it being made ?
Startopia 2 - Just like DK 3, save for the space element.
Icewind Dale 3- I don't care if Black Isle is defunct: it became Obsidian. And NWN 2 is Baldur's Gate 3, so we need an Icewind Dale 3. Hopefully with just as much roeplaying as the Baldur's Gate series. And, yes, I love wasting time creating six different characters to form a party.
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 - 'Nuff said. And I'm pretty much not sure if Project Needlemouse is going to be this game.
Half-Life: Opposing Force 2 - Where in the world is Corporal Adrian Shepherd ? A New X-Com game - Apocalypse was too rushed a game. there needs to be some more decent closure.
Anachronox 2 - Sorely needs a sequel.
Beyong Good & Evil 2 - Ditto

Skies of Arcadia 2. Greatest RPG ever and well deserving of it's brilliant world being shown more. While certainly both one of the most unfairly sidelined and one of the most overrated RPGs ever (both thanks mostly to it being the one great JRPG on two successive consoles heavily shafted by the genre, the DC and the GC). More exposure would be great! More people should play it, especially those who take themselves as fans of everything RPG, or even just Squaresoft fans circa 1997-2001. Personally, given the identical button layout, I'd love to see a PSP port of the original or the GC update. Perhaps stir up interest in a sequel! Besides, after Vakyria Chronicles 2, the team will know their way around the PSP's architecture. ...Speaking of, I wonder if Vyse and Aika will make it into VC2 as well...

A new Legacy of Kain would be nice - now Raziel's fate is sealed, Kain can finally go and kick some Hylden ass! But something tells me Crystal Dynamics have moved on.... to Lara Croft's tits!

Age of Empires.
AOE 3 was bum, but the first two and related spin-offs and expansions (except, for the most part, the DS versions) are fantastic games and it's highly unlikely a fourth will ever come about now that Ensemble are gone. Maybe one of its two splinter companies will end up working with MS in the future as Bungie has over Halo - but I'm not going to hold my breath.

A sequel to ZX Advent, because it was ace. This. I also wouldn't mind seeing a sequel to Metal Arms - A Glitch in the System. I really enjoyed the first, and it ended with a tease of a sequel, which never happened. I read that it was released close to Christmas and didn't sell as well as was hoped because it was drowned out by already established games that were released around the same time. Shame, that.

Darkstalkers - This series is supposedly still incredibly popular in Japan, while it also has a fair following in the west, but hardly ever gets any mention. Given how Capcom have revived Street Fighter and Classic Megaman, I'd like to see a fourth Darkstalkers installment (the PSP game's a compilation) somewhere down the line, perhaps using a presentation similar to SFIV.
Viewtiful Joe 3 - The original game dropped the unsubtle info that the series was meant to be a trilogy, but Clover were dissolved after just two VF games. The DS one doesn't count per se. Conclusion to the series would be nice.
I'll think of more later.

Just remembered that we're a getting a Shantae sequel, too. This last year hasn't been half bad for delivering 'never gonna happen' sequels - or at least their announcements.

Damn. I can't think of any that haven't been mentioned already.
YES! I would love to see this! (Although I've never played Overlord, so I wouldn't know how similar it is.)
I played the first two DK games and they were fantastic (the first one is the better, IMO) and I was outraged when I heard that Bullfrog had gone under. They even had a teaser of DK3 included with DK2. Oh, the pain...

Golden Axe 4 Revenge of Shinobi 2 A space harrier remake for new consoles Sonic Adventure 3 Shenmue 3 Sonic the hedgehog 4 Sega have proved they can't be trusted with Golden Axe anymore.
Revenge Of Shinobi, if I remember correctly, is essentially Shinobi 2... there's already a Shinobi 3.
Space Harrier remake would be terrible. Nothing more can be done with Space Harrier- simple premise there's no need to add to. If they tried to remake it it'd be full of such large changes to stay new that it wouldn't be recognisable as Space Harrier anymore.
Sonic Adventure 3? Really? Does it really matter what a 3D Sonic game is called? Apart from what... Chao Gardens, it's not as if the Adventure games had anything unique that defined them as Sonic Adventure games and not just regular 3D Sonic games. Sonic 06 was more similar to Sonic Adventure than Sonic Adventure 2 was. Sonic 06 was your Sonic Adventure 3 and it was the worst game of all time. A game can be terrible and giving it the title "Sonic Adventure 3" won't save it. If I recall correctly, Sonic Unleashed started development as Sonic Adventure 3. At least that game was better than their previous efforts.
Shenmue III, yes. Although I'm not sure if I can trust Sega that much anymore. The most similar thing they've done since is Yakuza, which I enjoy, but it's riddled with so many Segafied flaws (huge, frequent loading times, horrible grinding repetition etc.) that I don't believe any form of Shenmue III would stand up to the first two. Still, as long as the story gets finished I'd be happy.
Sonic 4? Another 2D Sonic game? Do the Advance/Rush games not count?

Burning Rangers 2, with full-on major co-op online play. One guy takes on the navigator role, getting a full map of the level and ordering commands to the others. Maybe have some little minigames to play, unlocking doors for the other Rangers to pass and so on. Four or five others play as in the first game.
Also, Jet Set Radio 3. And Shenmue 3, 'course.
