Wow how could I not know about Superstar Ultra...from what I have read about it its simular to Kirby's Fun Pak from the Snes. It's essentially an updated re-release with new things added. It's probably one of the most fun games on DS. It starts really easily (the first game being Kirby's Dream Land with Kirby's power stealing abiity, thus making it the most simple thing ever) but the last few game modes are hellish- the final boss rush is hair-tearingly hard. Getting 100% completion will take ages, too, partly thanks to you having to finish Helper To Hero as all the helpers, which obviously includes the terrible ones. Also Im guessing your not a fan Of Bubsy then Stu? How do you feel about Earthworm Jim? Not that I'm trying to answer for Stu, but I'd say the two are pretty incomparable. Bubsy was a sad attempt to jump on the EXTREME TO THE MAX platform games train that was kickstarted by the subject of this board whereas EWJ had a completely different feel to it, particularly the second game where every level had a different gimmick. The sense of humour was brilliant, too; absurdist but not lolsorandum (though I can't speak for EWJ 3D or Menace 2 The Galaxy because I've not really played either, though I believe at least 3D was made by a different team). Bubsy was supposed to be just another "in your face" character with "attitude" and that's why there's a lot less appeal in the shallow little turd than in Jim. EDIT: Oh, also, Jim's games have definitely stood the test of time, thanks in a fairly large part to their difficulty level. Whoever put those two Achievements in EWJ HD about finishing on Original difficulty without losing a life and in under 50 minutes was more evil than the Evil Queen Pulsating, Bloated, Festering, Sweaty, Pus-filled, Malformed Slug-For-A-Butt.

The Pendulum and Imulsion Wars are there for a whole new set of games. Would like to see this too. Awesome!!! Are you two even talking about the same game anymore? I can't believe I never posted a list on here. Mostly because everything I wanted has been said. I could be pedantic and say Sonic 4 (ignoring the could be ok could be [censored] but it used to have a mine cart level that was awful downloadable game) and Sonic Adventure 3 (ignoring both Sonic 06 and Sonic Unleashed) Sonic CD 2. But other than that: MK Vs DCU 2. I really want a chapter based on Harley Quinn and Mileena. It'll be brilliant. Dont think it will happen unless they do like a Bizzaro DCU where they all kill or something... and come back to life...and die again... Beyond Good and Evil 2 (Yes its happening I know, but its taking forever for some decent new info) Burning Rangers 2 (actually I'd swap this for Sonic Team to be good again) Shenmue 3 Burnout Paradise 2 (There will be more Burnout, yes but Paradise I think will be a 1 time only thing.) Boom Boom Rocket. (actually just some more DLC would be nice)

Dont think it will happen unless they do like a Bizzaro DCU where they all kill or something... and come back to life...and die again... Harley was planned for DLC, as was Quan-Chi. Obviously Midway going under meant they had to focus on some slightly more important things. Apparently, due to some bizarre legal loophole, they can't show the Harley character model to fans despite now being owned by DC's parent company. I'm sure we will see another MKvDCU game, but I think that'll be a good five years away. MK9, such as it is, will be getting the franchise back on track, the game after that will add in little things fans want (and probably retell the MK4-A stories since the new one is retelling 1-3) and when the story's square, they'll probably do a new one to truly resolve MKA and then do a side story.

Yeah I heard they were going to have Quan Chi and Harley Quinn as a double pack thing. Which struck me as a bit of an odd mix. Apparently They did want Lobo in the game. And Rorschach was off limits.
I can see Netherrealm Studios doing a DC Universe Brawl game using the MK engine but thats it really. Too much "wahhh Suparmen dont kill from the MK fans."

Star Wars: Republic Commando. One of the most fun shooters I've ever played, full of charm, challenge and overall well put together. The first game ended on a cliffhanger. Five years ago. Pile of [censored]s. Agreed. RC was and still is one of the best Star Wars games ever. I at least wanted some expansion content, i.e. new missions and the like, but LucasArts just swept it under the rug, like they do with any good thing they have going on. Speaking of which, I'm still very sore over the fact that what's essentially the next KotOR game is an MMO set hundreds of years after the second one's cliffhanger. Great going there, guys. It's not like I don't want one last quest with all the characters I've come to know and love. Nope. Not at all. While I'm at it, whatever happened to Tyber Zann and his Constortium? A sequel to Forces of Corruption would've been nice.

Clock Tower. Such a good series shame it seems to have vanished after the third.

Kula World. A really neat little puzzler that I think deserves a fresh set of puzzles or expansion of concept. A level editor would be a great idea as well, I see no reason why it should be too hard to implement. That, and get Twice a Man back doing the soundtrack, that was excellent.

Probably the wrong topic, but who do I have to kill to get a new F-Zero?
