My issue is with the bits that specifically say Tom or Ed or whoever thought such and such a thing. It doesn't help that those instances all seem to be people who are on or used to be on the team. No idea what I'm quoted as saying on there (I dread to think) but I just want to make absolutely clear that I would never write content on an encyclopaedic article about my own material, or material that I had direct involvement with, nor would I insert my own views into it. It not only damages the integrity of the resource, but it's also just plain bad manners. And I'd say this is a view that Ed would probably take even more strongly. (I wouldn't write about his old reviews on there either because he would literally kill me - though I have fond memories of Nigel's fortnightly efforts to "win the Ed".)

I don't remember seeing it before, but some STC strips now have "Reception" sections that mention what you and Ed said back on the old mailing list.

I'd completely forgotten about 'The Ed', brilliant stuff!

Sorry in return for my grumpiness, I'm a little pathetic when it comes to criticism since I don't usually put myself in that position.
I don't even remember mentioning the likes of Tom and Ed but it's almost certain I did and it seems pretty stupid. If I add such sections in the future, I'll endeavour to make it a bit more generalised. Or someone else can do them. Or delete them. Eh.

Why is Ray listed as a hero even though he has done nothing heroic?

Why are the Babylons and Rouge listed as villains?

Rouge's listed as a villain because she works for alien invaders.
The Rogues are listed like that because I dunno, someone assumed they were.

The Babylon Rogues are probably not that dissimilar to Rouge in the STCO universe; they're there to feather their own nests....

I have used some of the information from the wiki for the Sonic The Comic Tvtropes pages, I hope you don't mind.

Why don't destroyed robots count in the Deceased Characters category? The Archie wiki does it, so why not our wiki?

Well that's the beauty of a wiki, you can make that change yourself if you see fit.
That's if you consider robots to be alive to begin with, of course.

I'll only count unique Badniks, not the random ones. I also added a few more categories, such as Non-Sapient Creatures, One-Shot Characters, and others. I might also throw in articles on more notable boomers, and things like a list of SEGA characters yet to appear.

I would try and refrain from notable Boomers, really. People might be a bit uncomfortable having their name associated with it if they haven't worked on the project (it's happened before). Besides, how do you define 'notable'?

The "Deceased characters" section ballooned hugely over the past couple weeks. It went from a shrimpy 11 or so examples to 50+ now that I've added in all of the guys from the Special Zone, Death-Trap, assorted Metallix and Troopers, and one-off losers like Wally Dithers and Jimmy Whale.
Edit: Also Bravehog, Leer, and a bunch of Time Zone guys.

I wouldn't assume all those Special Zone characters are dead. You don't know which, if any, escaped. For example, one (abandoned) script had Maude and Harold Mudd visiting Mobius on a long holiday…

Also, not to spoil anything, but you're gonna have to be making edits to that list fairly soon...
(Also, Jimmy Whale? He didn't die, did he?)

Also, Jimmy Whale? He didn't die, did he? No, in fact he's recently been begging for money to run Wikipedia.

The death toll so far is 70, compared to Archie's 208 deaths. One thing I've noticed is that the Fleetway deaths are generally one-off throwaway characters, unlike in Archie where they tend to kill major ones as well.

And yet it feels a lot weightier! I always feel like main character deaths can feel very cheap- Johnny's death was one of the few used in STC and as a result it added to the drama. Same with Robotniks disappearance, making 250 an even bigger surprise.

I've modified the template for Freedom Fighters so it now has other teams and honorary members.
EDIT: Also, 75 cadavers! Ah ah ah!

Death-Trap is alive in STC 263 so they should be taken of the "Deceased characters" section.
