I've maxed out Lego Harry Potter 1 and that's it. Although I reckon I can probably manage 2 as well. And I might try to tie up Fallout 3 - it basically depends on whether I can be arsed to find all the steel ingots in The Pitt.

No brain surgery, I'd just taken all my other games at home towards the end of uni, (Sonic 06 ended up in my dvd pile for some reason, which I hadn't taken back home by that point) and I had a whole lot of nothing to do, having finished my exams a week or so earlier than the rest of my mates.
None really, either they have online achievements that I can't get, ridiculously hard to get ones, cumulative ones that require way too much time spent doing something otherwise unnecessary, or secret achievements that I can't be arsed to look up how to get them.
Hmmm... Any tips for Silver's Dusty Desert? (Hard or Normal)
As for me - Only on Xbox I think about 12-13 games.
The one with the ball puzzles? Yeah, that one was a pain. If I remember rightly, there's a glitch where you can bypass the final puzzle completely by stacking boxes or something - course I only found that out after I'd done it the hard way. I'm sure there'll be a video on youtube.

Almost all the Sonic games on XBLA, Mass Effect 2 (until I got the Shadow Broker expansion), Worms, Bejeweled 3, The Simpsons Arcade Game, Resident Evil 4 (well, I'll have the last achievement soon anyway) and ALMOST Sonic Generations (beating the Time Eater without getting hit is proving impossible).
