#261 Contest Prize Thank You!

I just wanted to thank everyone on the STC-O team! I couldn't believe it when I was notified that my story of this horrid Canadian winter won me a wonderfully warm comic. And let me tell you, no way was I exaggerating on our winter. It took my poor father 20 minutes to dig our car out of the drive way! But driving down to the postal office to pick up my package was certainly worth it. I was so giddy opening it up that my family was teasing me about it!

I assume it's okay for me to share what I got, and to be honest none of my friends would care too much so online is the only place I can share it xD



The comic is beautiful and the bag was certainly a pleasant surprise! How did you know my old art bag was breaking, eh?
The little carded panels are a great touch and the print from Feniiku is so pretty, especially since she's been one of my favourite artists for quite some time!


Thank you STC-O team for everything, and that's going beyond the contest! The comic series is overall superb and I am so happy to be part of its fanbase. Hopefully some day soon I can be a part of the wonderful team of amazing artists.

Ahahah! I was wondering who'd end up with that postcard, I lost track of all those prints at SoS and who was getting which for what XD; Congrats on winning that goodiebag!

I was blown away by how badly Canadians reacted to this weather. It's not that bad. Congrats on the win.

It's more the huge jump from the winter we had last year compare to the one this year. We got more snow in December this year than we did all winter last year! XD We even had a day that was so cold (at a wind chill of -45C) that we had to stay home, an ice day, and a snow day.

I defiantly will be doing so soon! My first semester of school finally ended so I have a chance to work on the sample pages. I'm working on the first one and deciding whether or not to make all three pages. I may just do the one to get the sample in sooner, so hopefully I can send it in within the next few days
