Also: I saw The Girl Next Door yesterday and it made me laugh like a drain all the way through. Brilliant film. Especially the bit where the main character goes to a posh PTA-style evening tripped out on an ecstasy pill and starts dancing manically.

Shaun of the DeadTeam AmericaReturn of the King Shaun of the Dead rocks, and I haven't seen team America. LOTR is okay, but I'm not too big on it. 1) Seven Samurai When I first saw it, I loved it. Kurosawa rules! 2) Yujimbo Another great Kurosawa! 3) Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon A beautiful, touching and enchanting masterpiece. Great! 4) The Matrix An intelligent plot, great symbolism and breath taking visuals. Great! ( and better than the pathetic sequels) 5) Vertigo There's something very cool about this great Hitchcock thriller. It kept me glued to the screen the whole way through!

What is Cowboy Bebop about? I know it's an Anime, but people always say that Toonami should show it during that text thing. So I was wondering whether it was any good or not. What's the story X3?

It's about a killer robot driving instructor, who travels back in time for some reason. He's got a heartbreaking decision to make about whether his best friend lives... or dies.
His best friend's a talking pie.

Not in any order:
1. Snatch
Pikeys, Bullet Tooth and Boris, what more do you need for a funny gangster film
2. Ghost in The Shell
I can't actually think why I like this film so much, probably because it was my first anime film
3. Top Gun
I'm an air cadet so its compulsory, seriously though I like it for the 80s cheesiness
4. Aliens
The marines!!
5. Pulp Fiction
"d'y'know what they call a quarter pounder with cheese in France?" "No" "A Royale with cheese...cos of the metric system, they don't know what a quarter pound is." or words to that effect
Little exchanges like that and the choice of actors make it one of my all time faves.
