Just finished watchin' this after hiring it out. Very good film. I won't say excellent, 'cos there are a couple of daft plot moments that spoil it a bit. But Tom Cruise is superb, Jamie Foxx manages to be even more superb, and the directing - oh, the directing. Possibly the best cinematography I've ever seen, the aerial views of L.A. are just stunning. Excellent soundtrack, too, mixing original score with other artists. Anyway, I recommend it for those who like proper acting with their guns. Definitely worth checking out.

Yeah, I agree this is a really good film. Albeit I went to watch it with 2 people who wouldn't shut up, I still saw most of it. I like the bit in the Saxaphone place, I wont say anymore for people who haven't seen it. But that is a cool scene. And I think it was kind of ironic that the killer tells the cab driver the story about a man 'sleeping' on a train and no one discovered he was dead until a long time later. Then the same thing happened to him.

It's okay. Feels a bit rushed and too short (even though its about 2 hours long). But it's very well written, and with a great soundtrack.

Awesome film. Unfortunately, the people I went to see it with hated it it's slow nature but I feel it's an incredible film full of emotion and drama. I want to see it again
