Supposedly, a girl who went to my primary school (she's the year below me) is in tonight's Doctor who.

I only watch TV when I'm bored or when Doctor Who, Lost or House are on. By any chance, are you me?

Ok. This week's was good. But NEXT WEEK'S.... *Jaw drops* And I'm glad we actually get to see Torchwood. Even if it is apparently run by Chrissie Watts. I guess this is a pretty good indication too that Rose is gonna die. And Jackie might go with her. Also, with the Daleks and the Cybermen reappearing, I hope Mickey does too. And Pete Tyler Other enemies of the past would be great too. And God help them if the Face of Boe doesn't appear in the final ep.

I'm really sad now. I'm away from home for two weeks starting this Friday, so I'll miss the next episode and possibly the one after that.

NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A NEXT EPISODE PREVIEW! ;D Ahem... <.< Fear Her was a fantastic episode right up their with Girl In The Fireplace. Great story and wonderful layout - I never got bored once through the episode. The acting was top notch, especially the young girl actor. After the episode seemed to end on a high point with the whole thing about love, courage and everything that was a pretty shocking turn around with the Doctor stating that "Something's coming" (though I couldn't quite hear all that they said since the music was a bit loud). The next episode preview was fantastic, the best ever. I knew that the Doctor would meet Torchwood eventually and who better to lead them then Chrissy Watts? I wonder how many Torchwood references there will be in the next episode? XD It really makes The Impossible Planet and The Satan Pit make more sense as they were foreshadowing the events of the last two episodes. Cybermen, ghosts, Torchwood, CHRISSY WATTS! Then next episode is gonna be absolutely fantastic! ;D

Yes yes the preview was action packed and I was wanting more more more of it, but they damned stopped it lol.
Right, time to talk about tonight's episode. It was a good episode, not great, but pretty entertaining. When it began, when that girl began to draw that boy very fast, it animated, which was pretty impressive, but after that, we didn't see much of the animation at all! I wanted to see some of that some more, drawings coming to life, not stuck in the paper, oh well, atleast there was some animation. The drawing scribble that came to life was alright, but come on, that girl could of made something more erm scary than a giant scribble lol. Once we found out why she was doing this, since The Doctor was minding reading the girl, it seemed an alien was lost, and was alone, and found someone else alone, so the alien took control of the girl. Since the alien had none of it's erm population to talk to, whatever, it began to draw people in (Get it, draw people in lol) Oh well, not a good joke. Best bits, best bits, hmm, Rose seeing that picture of that girl's father, really nasty picture, if only that drawing came to life, I would be sh*tting myself, excuse the swearing. Another best bit must be when the pod flew in to the tourch, and that was flaming good lol. Then the guy fell, and guess who got the tourch to carry on, The Doctor, nice to see him light the tourch in the Stadium. Whoa, must stop talking about tonight's episode, bring on next week's!

Don't forget the daleks....Xavious
This weeks ep one word Brilliant loved it all no complaints and the kid who played Chloe was brilliant. Loved the bit where the doctor and the TARDIS disappeared and the Isolar returning to its brothers and sisters. The freaky drawing of chloes dad was awesome. just a shame we only saw his shadow and not his true self
Next Weeks ep looks Awesome
with Chrissie Watts leading Torchwood, The return of the Cybermen and the Daleks can it get any better? actually yeah It could what ever happened to Captain Jack???

Good to see Matthew Graham writing a script. Graham's "The Last Train" and "Life on Mars" are great. This script didn't really hold together though. It was tense, and had a fantastic, imaginative concept with the tiny alien, the dad-nightmare, the use of whispering to simulate possession and the way the Olympics tied into everything. But ultimately, cop shows work because you basically follow each of the clues. But each of the clues or twists here were laden with a load of technoblather and nonsense which clogged the whole thing up. Also, a few moments felt forced and silly -- fingers on lips? Still good fun though.

I thought todays episode was a bit 50/50.. cheesiness at some points, but good at other points. Was a bit gutted that you never really saw any of the pictures move.. would have added to the drama. Anyway. That's not important. Next weeks episode! Oh. My. God. 'Welcome To Torchwood' says Chrissie Watts as she pushes open the doors. The Tardis gets taken away.. army men, Cybermen. I hope to god that the Army Guys aren't idiots. I mean I hope they have actual tactics to use against the Cybermen instead of just shooting them. That'd be pathetic. Roll on next week. I'll be in London watching it. And then the comiccon the next day when I get to see Captain Jack and other Doctor Who people. ;D

Don't forget the daleks....Xavious Did they appear? The next episode preview happened so fast I didn't quite catch all of it. I might check to see if you can see it again on the official site. I'd love Captain Jack's return to be him jumping out and snogging Tennant just to see if he's a better kisser then Eccleston. Then my life would officially be fufilled! Isn't he supposed to be returning in the 3rd series?

Mobiusman: As an actress or extra? She was Chloe! ^_^ Now that was nearly a return to form. Interesting "enemy", nice use of the olympics, only slightly spoiled by a rubbish end. And next week... well, what can be said for next week? They've got EVERYTHING. But will that work? Probably not. ¬_¬

I hope to god that the Army Guys aren't idiots. I mean I hope they have actual tactics to use against the Cybermen instead of just shooting them. That'd be pathetic. You can bet your pants they'll be thick as bricks and simply serve as cannon fodder for the Cybermen (speaking of whom, did anyone notice they've now got guns on their forearms? Ace). I'm curious as to how the Daleks will tie into this, and if the two forces will work together (unlikely) or try and mop the floor with one another. And I also hope for the return of Mickey and Captain Jack, I can just imagine Jack crashing through a window to the Indiana Jones theme. Heh. Still, if he doesn't appear it won't be the end of everything. I think Mickey's more likely. Though they could always twist our expectations and have Mickey be the new Cyber-Controller or something...

Don't forget the daleks....Xavious Did they appear? The next episode preview happened so fast I didn't quite catch all of it. Well no, they wern't actually in the trailer - though there was a hint - sombody got vapourised ad the visual efect looked awefully similar to when the daleks were attacking - either they're recycling effects or this is a hint at the pepper pots making an appearnce Re: this weeks episode - the Daily Mirror TV guide this week mentioned that this episode featured Cameos from Derek Ackora (he of most haunted fame) and Trisha - now, obviously neither of them featured, so is it simply a mistake or are there some deleted scenes laying around the cutting room floor of them?

I thought that last night's episode was quite good, but what got more excited was the next episode preview. Daleks vs Cybermen, place your bets now.

2 things no one has mentioned about this episode.
1) The Doctor said he was a dad once.. this have anything to do with the older series? Or is it news to everyone?
2) When the guy carrying the Olympic Torch fell down The Doctor took the torch off him, and carried on.
No one even gave a sh.. about the guy falling down. That's pretty harsh lol.

I believe that the Eighth Doctor had a half-Time Lord daughter named Miranda during the century he was trapped on Earth without any memory of his Time Lord heritage. However this took place in the Eighth Doctor adventures series of novels published by BBC books, so it may not be canonical.

Since it looks more then likely that the Darleks are coming back, Where do you think they have come from? Rose wiped out all of the Daleks from are reality, but maybe there are Darleks from the parallel Earth that the new Cybermen come from. They might have something to do with the mysterious sphere that's inside the Torchwood Institute.

The Daleks get totally and utterly wiped out every time they show up, but always come back. It's just what they do. I'm surprised everyone's so curious as to how they survived; they're tenacious as hell. Besides, I'm sure it'll be explained regardless.

Here's a question - there's all those ghosts appearing on Earth, the Cybermen are launching a direct invasion and potentially Daleks too, and basically there's a major emergency...
...so where's UNIT, who exist for the sole purpose of handling situations like this? Or are they supposed to be the soldier types being killed? In which case, why are they with Torchwood when UNIT is in favour of the Doctor and Torchwood isn't?

It was mentioned a lot in the trailer Faeros. Not to mention the next episode is called 'Army Of Ghosts'. Charles, who're UNIT?
