I haven't bought there new album yet, but I'm worried I'm going to be dissapointed , cause "best of you" isn't half as good as there older stuff, and various other songs I've heard here and there haven't been amazing. And it annoys me, that so many people have got into foo fighters because of that one song. It's abit like green day, everyone got into green day when they brought out a [censored] album. I don't think Best Of You is all that bad. Incidentally, when have Green Day ever released a [censored] album? I hope you're not referring to American Idiot, because otherwise you are sorely mistaken, as it is a magnificent album, and anyone who has heard it and appreciates good music will vouch for that! Nah, I bet Spud means Basketcase, the GreenDay song that everyone knows! That song does annoy me now because of that and there are so many other GreenDay songs that are better!! But the Foos doing this? Nah, I dont think the FooFighters have a song that everyone in existance knows, in fact my experiences so far with them have been the opposite: most people I know refuse to listen to the FooFighters because they dont like All My Life. One of my friends called it a "dominating" song!! I havent got In Your Honour..oops...HONOR yet so I cant say if its a good album or not, but it seems like a great CD to have, cmon its a double CD! woo!! ;D

Just finished listening to:
"Majora's Wrath" - Koji Kondo
And now:
"Darth Nihilus" - Unknown Artist
*Shivers* Nihilus' theme is actually rather scary. It really sets the perfect atmosphere he enmates (Spl?). Powerful, evil, terrifying... and yet at the same time, subtle and shadowy. Wish I knew who the artist is.

I hope you're not referring to American Idiot, because otherwise you are sorely mistaken, as it is a magnificent album, and anyone who has heard it and appreciates good music will vouch for that! Hmm, there's a lot of language in that quote that implies you're stupid if you think American Idiot isn't a masterpiece. Long-time Green Day fans should clearly be able to see that American Idiot is a ste-down from the albums of 'Nimrod' and 'Dookie' and it's a step towards the mainstream. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have released such an un-Green Day such as "Wake Me Up..." or possibly even "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" in the past if they weren't trying to win over an audience now rooted with The Killers, Snow Patrol and Keane. They've changed so much and I think the only 'magnificent' songs on the newest album are 'American Idiot', 'Jesus of Suburbia' and 'Are We The Waiting'. However, they do make an awesome live album.
Weebl and Bob - Hats for Clowns Definately gotta agree about Jesus of Suburbia. It's my fave track on the album. I don't think every track has to be a masterpiece for it to be a good album. They're not all fantastic, but they are all good, and that's what makes a difference. There's too many albums released where you buy the album for a brilliant song you hear as a single, but then the rest of it turns out to be complete turd! When you hear an album that you can at least appreciate every track on, that's what makes the album as a whole a masterpiece, ie What's the Story (Morning Glory)? by Oasis, Hopes and Fears by Keane, or The Wall by Pink Floyd.

Killswitch Engage - The End of Heartache. First heard this on the end credits for Resident Evil Apocalypse. I actually stayed in the cinema till the end credits finished just to hear the song. It's cool!

Re American Idiot: in my opinion, the more mainstream-y songs help balance the album out. I wouldn't have released either Boulevard or September as singles, though. I'd've done American Idiot, then Are We The Waiting/St. Jimmy as a double A-side, then Letterbomb, then Jesus of Suburbia just for the sheer hell of it.
Anyway, Funeral For A Friend - Storytelling

I'm a long day green day and foo fighters album. And yes I am talking abut american idiot, that album was terrible compared to green days older stuff, they tryed to apeal to all audiences more, I mean I know people who like britney spears.....AND green day.
But they have become alot more popular, and it seems unfortuantly that they're edging towards the way green day went. I always think that bands are alot better when they're not too popular, because when they do get popular they let it get to the heads, I know that isn't so much the case for foo fighters and green day, but after these albums they have become alot more popular. Anyway I want to get the Nine black alps album, they had a very good review in NME, and have been given the title of "the new nirvana" which sounds promising.
Idea track - Idlewild.

Black Sabbath with Ozzy Osbourne - Crazy Train (live) Ozzy Osborne is part of black sabbath. He's the lead singer. So it's Black Sabbath - Crazy Train (live)

Black Sabbath have been fronted by Ozzy and Ronnie James Dio. This version was performed by Ozzy. Therefore it's Black Sabbath with Ozzy Osbourne - Crazy Train (live).
Plus, that's the file name. I'm not gonna argue with a mp3 file name...
EDIT: Forgot to mention:
Golden Earring - Radar Love
