I know this may sound REALLY crazy... but im more excited about minage cap. The game looks just amazing, I love the cartoony graphics like in four swords.

You don't really like the cartoon style but think the two games that have used them so far suited them...right... I'm really looking forward to Minish Cap too. I actually realised today that the GBA has been out for three (or is it four?) years and they've only just got round to doing a complete original Zelda for it...sheesh...

I am more of a Final Fantasy man myself but I cannot say a bad word against the Zelda games. Not owning a N64 or a Gamecube means I missed out a bit but I still enjoyed the GB outings greatly.

Due to not having seen any genuinley cool new DS games yet the one I'm most looking foward to is getting a chance to play through Mario 64 again without having t drag my N64 out.
I think this could be the thing to really breath some life back into pokemon though.

Same here, I had nothing to look to for help so basically I laed it till I got stuck, stopped playing it and then came back to it some weeks later and started playing again and somehow got unstuck and thought YEAH and then got stuck again etc.
Didn't need guides for OoT, MM or WW but then I doubt anybody really did.
I'm ashamed to say I have checked out some maps for the original zelda which I just got on Nes collection but that was mainly due to the fact that I just couldnt be arsed to wander around and around the overworld trying to find the dungeons. And as far as I can remember when my friend had it on the NES you got a fold out map with it anyway.

any one ever completled ZELDA:links awakening with no help from guides or cheatbooks I couldn't. I got as far as Eagle's Tower (where you have to lug the big ball around and break the pillars) and had to give up and consult a guide.
