I dont know if this is true or not but it'd be odd if it is, apparently there is a hidden 2 player mode called "Bogie"basicly you have a single turn at attacking your oponent. and then once your attack/move is over the other player has a turn and they have to cause more damage then you did. the loser is the one who cant do a bigger combo/move then previously.
its suposed to be enspired by the d-ick and dom show and their bogie game.

I'm 100% certain that D-ick and Dom had nothing to do with the inspiration for MK:DA.

Just an update for you GC owners, GameStop and EB Games are saying March 7th is the day it's being shipped. Not sure if it's the same for the UK though Also, to make it up to you for me not knowing, GameSpot have a MK video for you, of Goro and Shao Kahn. And some screenshots aswell as a mysterious ? box on the select screen. And to finish off some more screenshots. Enjoy people. All these links were taken from TRMK main page, so this is basically giving credit to them.

Havent seen a pixel of these new Mortal Kombat cough-up's. I'm intruiged. The most recent MK game I have is MK Gold for my beloved Dreamcast. To this day Cyrax and Sektor are still my favourites.
What about the Alliance one? Is that out on Gamecube?

Deadly Alliance is, yeah. You should be able to find it for about 20 notes if you shop around.

I LOVE Mortal Kombat. I don't know what that says about me. For some reason, I was particularly good with Rayden, possibly because I could make him fly across the screen and ram my opponent into the wall. My only gripe is that I never learned to do fatalities as they were too bloody complicated. Kabal in MK3 has the best fatalities EVAR.

Sub-Zero in UMK3 Best character ever. Incidendtly I thought 3 was the best game, DA's alright but for some reason I still prefer 3

Is it Sub Zero who rips his opponent's skeleton out?

Yep. Fiddles around in their back a bit, then pulls it out, holds it in the air, and drops it on the floor. Cool or what?

Yep. Fiddles around in their back a bit, then pulls it out, holds it in the air, and drops it on the floor. Cool or what? EXTREMELY cool. It's up there with Sindel going "AAAARGH" in MK3 and ripping her opponent's flesh off.

In 40 Year Old Virgin the other day, I saw a fatality on Deception, that I hadn't seen! How annoying is that?
