Hi, my name is Irie. I'm a huge Sonic-fan, love the games and comics... I really dig out StC-O, I give all my respects to those who keep this comic alive. I love drawing, music, playing my bass, videogames and consoles and so on... I could show some of my Sonic-art or such some time I recall that i've been 'round here some time ago, but seems I deleted my old account...

Most notably I remember you introducing me to Galneryus. Dunno why that's stuck in my mind, but it was sufficient enough for me to notice your disappearance. Damn, haven't listened to that group in ages either. Then again, tastes change I suppose.

I suppose I can introduce myself here too. First time posting here but I'm here to add a few........... interesting things that you guys can use here every so often. Unlike Archie that I've seen you guys are...really with it here. That's a first for any comic. So, I'll be here to throw in my ideas...a few helpful tips. And perhaps even some of that stuff that some people call "art" from my end. Until thing. I'll be staying with you guys a while. Nice to meet.

Looking to see MY art work? Haven't really done anything new in years and I'm kinda rusty at it.
But if you're up for seeing all my old stuff.... Oh boy.... let me dust off the archives... ^^;;

Hi everyone. Sonic the Comic was a big part of my childhood. I especially remember taking my 100th issue everywhere. After moving from house to house over the years I have managed to lose them all but I am looking forward to speaking with you all and reliving some of those stories that kept me entertained as a kid.

Welcome. I've heard that a lot of people lost their comics from moving house excessively, though I don't really understand how it can happen without some malice involved.

Happened to me... or at least I think it did. Family members wanting to chuck out as much stuff as possible so they have less [censored] to move... Turned out after the first move, my STCs and other comics I had collected over the years just got dumped into a box and shoved into the attic. The second move though... I think my comics finally hit the skip as I wasn't around to "defend" them! :s I have a feeling my younger sister might have saved them, but tbh I'm over here and the UK is *points* over there, so no way of knowing for sure... Anyways, welcome. I assume the 91 bit means you're a fellow "oldie"?

Yes pretty much the same thing happened to me. They got thrown out whilst I wasn't around to save them. I had so much sonic stuff that they thought I wouldn't miss a few comics.
Urgh, it feels like just yesterday that our early 90's generation were still kids. Time moves so fast. Hard to believe how old Sonic is now too, I remember when Sonic 3 was the hot new game that everyone had to get.

This... is the introduction thread, right...? I'm Mura the Mink, but you can just call me Mink. I'm 14, and I'm American. Don't know how many of you are also American, for all I know you might be banning Americans on sight, but still... I love drawing. I especially love drawing Mobians/other anthropomorphic animals, to the point that I struggle to draw anything else. However, most of my artwork is Archie Comics fan art...I might draw a crossover of STH and STC soon though. I can just imagine how two certain white echidnas would react to each other... I discovered STC when I was searching for Silver the Hedgehog fan art on DeviantArt and I saw a poster of Silver, The Last Hero Standing here. I...admit I forgot about it for a while, since I'm so American and I read the Archie Comics, but I remembered it one day when writing out how the games, comics, and shows are all connected, and in order for it to be complete, I had to read STC. Now I'm a pretty big fan, though I still read the Archie Comics. I'm not good with forums, so I'll probably only check back occasionally to see what's new, and read that one archived thread (I laughed so hard at that part where they were talking about an...nevermind I don't want to say that word). Yeah. End of introduction. ~Mink

Was it the Mitchell Cole Challenge? Because that thread is an inspiration to all. Welcome, Mink! Archie fans are welcome so long as they accept that our Sonic could well take your Sonic in a fight. (Not really.)

Welcome, Mink! Archie fans are welcome so long as they accept that our Sonic could well take your Sonic in a fight. (Not really.)I think their abilities are equal and they'd just be fighting until they both faint at the same time. Just saying!

Hi Mink. I'd like to point out that in Scotland the word "mink" means something entirely different, and entirely unflattering.

Hi Mink. I'd like to point out that in Scotland the word "mink" means something entirely different, and entirely unflattering. Well, I'm American, so I wouldn't know that. The truth is, though, I came up with the username one day on an online game when I had to come up with a new name to not get banned (long story). Fortunately, nobody I know is from Scotland anyway. But even if they were, "mink" is a LOT better than my old username, *checks to make sure SonicEmoTeam isn't on this forum* Varagena. I don't think I need to say what's wrong with that.

Oooh.. here goes my post virginity! I'm 24 years young, female and I have an obsession with anthropomorphic foxes. I'm a gamerholic and love the taste of sherbet. I look forward to chatting with you all! I'm pleased to meet ya!

As with IWannaFlyHigh, my post virginity will also diminish. I'm 23 years old, and have enjoyed STC since my parents bought me my first issue No 77. Favourite character has got to be Super Sonic.
