Remembered recently that I had an account here. Well, hi again xD I'm DerZocker, 27 years old, from Germany. I bought every StC issue we got back then, though it already got cancelled after the arc where Robotnik raids the Freedom Fighters hideout. I don't know how many months I asked at newspaperstands and kiosks if they got the new issues. It didn't change for me that StC always was my favourite continuity though. (I bet many of you you made the same dumb face, when Sonic Adventure came along and it was crawling with humes^^) What could I still tell you about me?... My interests are retrogaming (Saturn, PCE, MCD among my favs), drawing, spriting and several other dumb enjoyments*g Actually it was Stc (together with Inafune's MegaMan artwork) that got me into drawing at first. Can't say how much I owe grandmaster Elson^^

Hello all, I've been meaning to join this site for some time now. Some of you may have seen me from other sites such as DA or YouTube etc. I've been a fan of STC since 94 (the first issue I got was was 27). I do also collect STC merch and have built up quite the lot including the full issue set 1-223 all the spin offs and original artwork. I also enjoy collecting other merch from other series and also I'm an avid gamer. Nice to meet all.

Hey everyone! I'm an animation student who recently rekindled his love for STC's incarnation of the blue blur. Wanted to get online and remind myself that this comic was, and is, still widely loved. Also hyped as hell for new STC-O and excited to discuss that here too!
And also hoping for an inevitable YOUR NAME LOOKS LIKE BUM comment because that person would be such a bro

Hi all! I thought it was about time I rolled up here instead of just lurking around! I'm Kate, I started reading STC when I was about 11/12 - I have a distinct memory of reading the Running Wild arc while sat up a tree for some reason! Anyway, I think STC was what really made a Sonic fan out of me. It's also what got me into comics & artwork. I've been reading STC-O for quite a while now, love it & look forward to every issue!
I recognize a few names here & some of you might have bumped into me on tumblr or Deviantart (tea-bug on both) - where the Sonic art I post seems to mainly revolve around Johnny & Amy (SOCUTETOEGTHERWHY) anyway ~ that's me! Currently going through a huge nostalgic recent-sonic-news fueled fandom re-surge XD

Hello.
I have known about the online Sonic The Comic for quite some time now, but have been hesitant to join simply due to lack of reason. You'll mostly find me on the more "Sonic ROM modification" area of the internet rather than the "Comic" area, but I digress. I decided to join mainly because I have a question, but I'll ask that in another thread (once I've checked to see if it hasn't been asked yet...).
I used to read the odd comic here and there, or I say read, I admired the artwork more than actually "read" the thing. But was never able to build up any sort of collection, I think in total I had about 5 to 7 issues out of the 223, and it was mostly because my parents were never in the money so to speak (I wasn't the sort of kid who got pocket money every week if you catch my meaning). But the issues I did have, I really did enjoy, and I've always admired the artwork of Sonic and the other characters (mostly by Richard Elson), it's certainly unique compared to the rest of the franchise!
Anyway, I'm rattling on, I can see the board isn't as active as it used to be, so I won't take it personally if there's no response.

May I take this opportunity to say I've played a bunch of your rom edits, and they're awesome stuff. Also, welcome to the board! I fear it is a bit barren nowadays, but the regulars pop by every now and again.

Hey folks, how are ya? I'm Rapidkirby3k. I'm usually at various websites, such as DeviantART and Soundcloud. =) There's not much I can really about myself, but will say this: I first heard of Fleetway by reading a STC comic of Sparkster elsewhere. Both are nice.

Hello my fellow Boomers, the name's Dusty! I'm a female teenager residing in the big ol' US of A.
I discovered Sonic the Comic when I first joined the Sonic community in 2012/13. I'm not a big fan of the games to be honest (mostly because I'm bad at them) and I found Sonic the Comic to be the best output for my creative works, with its great art and writing. My favorite character is one you have probably heard a million times, Super Sonic. I especially like his pacifist side, and I really wish he would of appeared more in the comic.
My main sites are deviantart and wikia. I am an admin over on the Someordinarygamers wiki among other ones, where I do vast amounts of editing and posting stories such as creepypastas. I have even won a few awards on there for my writings, my major one being first annual creepypasta of the year. On deviantart I post art, run a Pokemon Nuzlocke comic (which is on hold), and take commissions. Both my wiki and deviantart accounts are dustyfootwarrior, while I also have another deviantart account thats Sonic related (not naming it yet) that I am thinking of posting on.
I intend to spend some time here on the forums so I can get to know the community, and I am also debating on applying to be an artist for the comic. I hope to see you all around!

Hi folks. Long-time reader of this and a massive fan of STC from it's days on the newsstands. You've done a fine job with this book and you're only getting better. There's a few niggles I have with the book (mainly Amy as I have a family member who is not a fan of how she is in this), but overall I do enjoy this and often like to compare and contrast how the earliest issues are to the latest ones.

Well I just arrived and don't see Tombstones but you have got me worried about registering now! I better introduce myself yeh? I've been a Fan since the Mid Nineties and fell in Love with STC during the Death Egg Arc. The Later Focus on Knuckles and the Laputa like Floating Island and Guardian Robots, Dr Zachary etc was what made me a lifelong Super Fan though. I really want to see more of that type of stuff and plan on reading through the STC-O stuff I recently learned off soon. Is there any Rom Hacks or Mods or Fan Games featuring the STC Characters, Environs and Plots? Because THAT would be Amazing! I look forward to talking to you all and learning much while hopefully constructively contributing to the Community/Fandom.
