I think we all walked away with something. THAT'S why more people need to come to these things. *cries* I didnt... I was too poor! Just being able to see it was pretty darn cool, tho! ;D

Well, the main argument is that if we try 'rescuing' too many characters from the Special Zone genocide, it'll start to get a little bit stupid. We don't really need to see any more of Sidewinder, IMO. There seems to only be a handful of people who really want Sidewinder and his gang to return, so it's not really a big priority I'm afraid, as far as returning characters go.
The overwhelming support for Cam and Bert, on the other hand...

Suggestion for bring 'em back without saving them?
Flashback. One of the Chaotix talking to Sonic (or whoever), about what happened to Sidewinder, since Sonic would be interested in finding out what happened to him and his gang, since they tried to control Super Sonic, set off a nuke in the city, and later attempted to steal Robotnik's god-power.
Kind of "Sidewinder's Last Stand!"
Which would be funny, since sidewinders can't actually stand.

Not a bad idea at all, well done! We've always avoided flashbacks though, because it's better to drive the continuity forward, instead of looking back into the past all the time. But a good story is a good story, I suppose. Also: I've probably mentioned this before, but I'd love to see Hammerhead the shark return. He was a sorely underused villian with so much potential, and he's Porker's nemesis, in a sense.

Ah, I'll note that for future relevence.
Stiv - Huggable but plague ridden.
It all goes into my Batman-esque file system in case any of you ever go evil...
I think Elson's love of Capcom art books was really coming through with Lightmare's thighs.
Lightmare and her thighs are still awesome.

Sidewinder's gang are all dead.
Unless we have a good story for them, and then they actually were alive all along.
I can't see as getting much out of most of the gang though - Lightmare's the most interesting and you could get stuff out of her family and comrades all being dead. I'm open to her coming back.

Sidewinder and his Gang should meet up with Death-Trap in the afterlife and form some kind of ghostly super-villain-group.

But no one liked my ideas of Lightmare wanting a revenge-_- Special zone never should have been destroyed in the first place. WRONG!!!, without that, STC-O Shadow would have been lame...

Why would Lightmare WANT to avenge her father? She knew he was crazy, but out of some silly sense of family loyalty she still fought for him. But now that he's gone, why should she let her former obligations hold her back?

But now that he's gone, why should she let her former obligations hold her back? Maybe she'll become a superhero now her dad is deceased. Get a new costume with a purple hood, fall in love with one of the freedom fighters, then become a freedom fighter before Sonic sacks her. Then to prove her worth to Sonic she sets off a huge gang war all over Mobius and is eventually killed by Black Mask...

I can think of how Shadow would have been interesting without the Special Zone destruction.

I can think of how Shadow would have been interesting without the Special Zone destruction. how? P.S It would seem the Special Zone is coming back though so it's destruction is irrelevant cept for it made for a decent arc. Oh yeah and it killed loads of people.

Their studying to see if they can find a way to return it yes, but it may just be a false hope... of course in comics and adventures like this theres no such thing as false hopes -.-

And there's no such thing as death in comics, except for Jason Todd Bucky Uncle Ben.
