I was thinking about this earlier, and I find it astonishing just how infrequentally I've managed to do everything in a game. I mean sure, I've finished the main story in a lot of games, and certainly I've unlocked all main unlockables of stuff in others, but the list of gaes where I've done everything is few and far between
But then, to do everything you have to do, well, everything. You need to beat every level, with every character, at every difficulty, find every hidden package, unlock every car, find every gap, smash through all the yellow fences, collect all the emeralds in one sitting, beat the bonus bosses, get the infinity plus one sword, help everyone within the seventy two hours, see all the endings, get every trophy, and catch 'em all. Miss just one of those criteria, and it doesn't count.
I've only managed to 100% the following games:
Sonic 1 (Mega Drive)
Sonic 1 (Game Gear)
Sonic 3&K
Sonic 3D
Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins
Crash Bandicoot 2
Toy Story 2
Jak & Daxter (Even the potentially glitchy 101st Precursor Orb)
Ico (though it took me nearly four years to do a second playthrough where I got the hidden weapon)
Ratchet & Clank
Ratchet & Clank 2
Tony Hawk's Underground (though I used cheats to do my first sick playthrough, I did later go back and do it legitimately)
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorny
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorny: Justice for All
Drawn to Life 2
Kirby Squeak Squad
As well as technically also:
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time - beat the actual game, just never finished the unlockable bonus original Snes PoP found in the game
Burnout Paradise - did everything to get the Criterion Elite licence and the platinum paintjob, and unlocked all non-online unlockables from both the main area, and the DLC Big Surf Island.
Crash Bandicoot Warped - up to 104% complete (of a possible 105%), but a few gold/platinum relics eluded me
Crash Team Racing - Won every race, and unlocked every character, just never beat the Oxide time trials
Spyro: Year of the Dragon - got 100%, but didn't get all the skill points
Sonic 2: I've beaten it several times, but I've never got all emeralds as Sonic & Tails. Never found a decent enough Tails player for the special stages...
In all it's 17 games fully 100%, another 5 that are close (and I imagine the way we're going, I might be able to add Kirby's Epic Yarn to this in a few days). But that's 17 of I'd estimate about 110 games I've played for more than five minutes/only in multiplayer, which makes my track recorded for full and total completion barely 10% of all games I've ever played.
So go on then, what's your list? Feel free to include stuff you very nearly finished as well. Don't worry about DLC or online content, you can't really complete something you could never play after all. Likewise, don't sweat the achievements, especially if they're things you'd never normally do, or require online play. Furthermore count the games you've done everything in in multiple play throughs. Some games make it impossible to do it all in one playthrough even without a new game plus. This is purely a "I've done everything on the disc" count, but feel free to mention if you've aced any DLC too, just out of interest.
