What is this about? Tvtropes is a wiki which is a catalog of the tricks of the trade for writing fiction. Tropes are devices and conventions that a writer can reasonably rely on as being present in the audience members' minds and expectations. On the whole, tropes are not clichés. The word clichéd means "stereotyped and trite." In other words, dull and uninteresting. They are not looking for dull and uninteresting entries. They are here to recognize tropes and play with them, not to make fun of them. The wiki is called "TV Tropes" because TV is where we started. Over the course of a few years, our scope has crept out to include other media. Tropes transcend television. They reflect life. Since a lot of art, especially the popular arts, do their best to reflect life, tropes are likely to show up everywhere. Tvtropes has pages for Sonic The Comic: tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/ComicBook/SonicTheComicSonic The Comic Online: tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Webcomic/SonicTheComicOnlineand a character page for Sonic The Comic: tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Characters/SonicTheComicThere is now a page for Sonic The Comic Online characters tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Characters/SonicTheComicOnlinebut they are lacking in information about parts of the comic and a lot of characters are missing in the character sheet. So I though to ask the people of the message board to help add the missing information please?

I considered helping with this once but I think I'd find tropes where there weren't any. It certainly seems like it requires more effort than the wiki.

This is kind of awesome!
One correction if anyone does add to it: The majority of our readers are actually from the US & Canada (around 45%) in fact. The UK only counts for about 35% with the other 20% spread across the rest of the world.

Can some please give me examples of Amy's Improbable Aiming Skills that I can add to the Sonic The Comic character page?
Also I was thinking about putting this trope on the Sonic the comic online page and wanted your opinion: Fighting Your Friend: In War of the Rose Sonic battles Amy because of Sonic's Broken Pedestal however Amy views Sonic as a Evil Former Friend.

Can some please give me examples of Amy's Improbable Aiming Skills that I can add to the Sonic The Comic character page? #44, Badniks Bridge Part 2, Amy fires an arrow from a moving plane at a tiny little button that destroys an entire bridge. There's probably plenty more.

One of the tropes is Arch-Enemy so I wondering who the Freedom Fighters Arch-Enemies are? I think Knuckles Arch-Enemy is Doctor Zachary and Vermin the Cybernik is the Arch Enemy of Shortfuse the Cybernik.

I think Knuckles Arch-Enemy is Doctor Zachary and Vermin the Cybernik is the Arch Enemy of Shortfuse the Cybernik. For Sonic it's naturally Robotnik (and Metallix to a lesser extent). The Leaf was an obvious attempt to create an arch-enemy for Tails, though it never really ended up that way. Amy and Tekno don't really have one in the print run, but Colonel Granite is probably their most persistent foe on their travels together. I think an arch-enemy has to be a decent coubterpart for the hero with their traits but warped or reversed or stand for the exact opposite thing. Amy and Tekno never really had that, which is a shame as an anti Tekno would be an excellent villain. Related note to STCO team: bring back Colonel Granite.

an anti Tekno would be an excellent villain. Either a complete Luddite or Robotnik. We've got plenty of tech based villains, very few anti-tech.

The Leaf was an obvious attempt to create an arch-enemy for Tails, though it never really ended up that way. Related note to STCO team: bring back Colonel Granite. The Leaf was just a bit of a Vulture knock-off really. I don't think he was ever meant to be Tails' arch-enemy. He appeared on two pages. For some reason Deb Tate presumably selected him for the "buddies and baddies" poster, but Trogg was his arch-nemesis if you're going to categorise them like that, his most persistent foe. Think I wrote a panel for 250 where Granite was leading his latest invasion of Mobius into retreat in the face of the war that was already happening. Didn't get used because that was too convoluted or something. Tekno's closest evil counterpart is surely Grimer, though.

Actually there's a case to be made for sonic's arch nemesis actually being super sonic, if you're going down the "evil counterpart route" I'd say Zachary and Knuckles works, Tails and Trogg makes sense, could Fabian Vane count as Amy & Teknos?

A hero can have more than one arch nemesis so Robotnik and Super Sonic could both be Sonic's arch nemesis. Colonel Percy Granite is more Amy's Arch-Enemy than Fabian Vane, I would like for Granite to return as well. I have added Trogg as Tails' arch enemy.
I was think that Johnny's arch-enemy is Shayde because he was Johnny's most personal foe and because of what he did when he was posing as Johnny.

The Temporal Paradox entry is very inaccurate. It claims that nobody knows who Sonic is in the alternate Metallix-dominated timeline, but it's stated in the comic itself that Kintobor and everyone else DOES know him, but they all believed him to be dead. So it's entirely possible that, if Grimer did rise up and become a proper villain, he'd realise Sonic is a threat and would have constructed the Metallix.

It is know noted on main page and the characters page Shadow's and Rogue's sections however Bean and the Babylon Rogues do not have a section on the character page.

Could you add the Babylon Rogues and Bean to the characters page? I have added Bean to the characters page. I think Tekno's arch-enemy is problemley either Colonel Granite or Set because of what Set cause in the Tekno and Shorty stories the breakdown of Shorty and Teknos Friendship.
