yeah, This cream is sooooo much better than Game's version. And this makes Marine useless. Settled! Hurray for the Awsome STCO. We'll just have to do something new and unexpected with Marine. Like our Marine will actually be a New Zealander! Why not make her a Line Inverse parody, greedy, self centered and eager to blow random stuff up just cause she can.

sure let's change up even Marine. Still, we'll need a good excuse to her to jump in. Right now I can't find a real hole for her....

Then again, there is always room someone quirky like marine, so it could also be a good idea just to have her around as and hope that she and Cream never crosses path, less they should begin to argue over who is the most hyper incompetent girl around.

Like our Marine will actually be a New Zealander! She does the Haka war dance before a battle to intimidate her enemies? I can get behind this.

If performed by a mere mortal it is.
If performed by a 20 stone rugby player it is the scariest real life thing ever.

Okay, so that was Marine, how about some of the other characters, how would they be like in the comic if they show up.
Like, uhh, the Werehog and Shade from the Chronicles game.

Technically the werehog's already shown up, albeit as a gun-toting sword-wielder for one of the Halloween covers.

Let's see which game characters we haven't used yet. Ray : multiple cameos (I like to put him in the backgrounds. Keep looking for him) Gamma : Mmph, not sure that he'd be useful. Omega was kinda with Rouge in that story where she chases Knuckles and Big. Marine : already disccused in this topic. Eggman Nega : there were some ideas yeaaaars ago. Shade : Maybe ? Honey the Cat : she's just been made official, so no plans for her nowadays. Maybe a cameo ? Maria & Gerald : no need for them. Vanilla the rabbit : Mmh, it depends, will we get back to Cream's story one day ? Mephiles : some ideas years ago, again.

Unfortunately, whichever new characters you like that are to appear in STC-O probably won't show up until long after they're relevant.

I am awhere of it, I am just rather bored these days and as a result I sometimes ask rather pointless and useless questions on the forums I'm a member, if this is a problem I'll stop doing that on this forum.

S'fine. This has been a rare amusing read the past few days.
Nevertheless, I look forward to seeing Shade's debut in the comic in the year 2023.

Nah, I don't think he was complaining about this thread at all. By all means, keep making more threads. More threads, more discussion.

It wasn't a criticism of you, or at all, just me noting the sad reality of it. Cream, Silver and Blaze showed up in the games ages ago and we've only got them within the last few issues of STC. It's sheer luck they're actually popular enough to remain within the core Sonic cast, to be honest, as consider how many characters have been dropped even in recent years. I think that's why alternate character interpretations are such a valuable tool to STC-O; they can make an otherwise boring character fresh again.

Ohh, good to hear.
I do understand that since STC is rather different, getting these characters into it would be no small feat, how you do add in someone like Shade without completely altering her background story.
Still, I guess the Werehog could always just be a failed clone of Sonic, or is that too weird a concept, I do know Robotnik made some clones of him once.

I had an idea for Shade that fell through due to space constraints. Currently playing with the idea of adapting it into my own webcomic; suffice to say, it was nothing like the games.
That said, I liked Shade's story in Sonic Chronicles. The alternate dimension, time-slowing-down nonsense was really outlandish compared to most of what Sega puts out, and I could easily have seen it fitting into STC.

It was a bit out there, but since it was Bioware who made the game and did a good job doing so, the basic elements would be a bit different from the norm.

too bad really. would have liked to see how the story ended. Andway among all the characters aforementioned, the only one I can see as interesting in the STCO is Shade hereself.

Like...oh say............ make her competent and likable rather than childish and irritating? Competent I would agree with, as opposed to childish and irritating. I think likeable is optional, though. :B XD
