Earlier message which I posted in the wrong thread:

Had to put this on hold while preparing for an interview. Got round to doing most of the commentary last night, only to suffer a major nightmare. After painstakingly cutting, editing, retaking, recovering when Audacity decided to bork up, I finally got a big chunk of it in order. And then I went to stitch it together...

... Audacity had decided to delete random bits of the commentary and muck everything up. ='(

I'm powering through this now, trying to fill in whatever gaps it decided to conjure up, as well as answer remaining questions. Please bear with. =3

It's now finished, and sent off! Hope it got through alright. I tried cutting out as many ums, ahhs and hesitations as I could. Sorry if it's a little rambly though.

They're great questions and just going through them now started me rambling on to myself about STC things. I'll try and still do this in the next week or so even if it doesn't end up getting included, just been a bit hectic putting everything together for the big anniversary issue.

OK, quick update so we're all aware of what's what here:

I'm going to spend all day tomorrow editing this. It is, however, going to be a big job. It's going to be touching two hours So, basically, I will say this in the interest of transparency: if it's looking unlikely that this will be ready by Wednesday, I'll let you know. The absolute latest it'll be uploaded is June 23rd, Sonic's birthday, which makes it another excellent opportunity That said, it really shouldn't be that late but, as I said, transparency

From what Stiv has been telling me, there are big things planned for the whole of the year, so it's not as if missing the birthday itself will make this any less of a birthday present.... he said cryptically

OK, as things currently stand, there will definitely be a version of this ready to go next week. The audio and music editing should be done within the next day or so, it's the actual video itself that will prove tricky. Worst case scenario, I'll put one up without the video on Wednesday and then present the final version down the line.
