It's true.
I've always thought the worst thing about recent Sonic games is that Chris Thorndyke didn't blast encouragement into your ears at every opportunity.

I think the strangest thing about that is the use of S3&K sprites, but with a new thumbs up animation added.

That... is bizarre! The idea of using S3/&K sprites confuses me a lil bit though. I mean, Sonic X was waaaaaay after the classic series. Surely there were more up-to-date sprites for the time?

Believe it or not, this isn't as cringeworthy as Sonic's Gameworld for the Sega Pico.

...I thought this was an elaborate piss-take, I didn't realise that Sonic X game was a real game. Believe it or not, this isn't as cringeworthy as Sonic's Gameworld for the Sega Pico. "YAY!"

The thumbs-up animation is edited from Sonic Advance.

And then there's Sonic's Schoolhouse...
By the way, there were a couple flash Sonic X games with Shadow as the main villain.

I knew about this a long time ago.
Technically there's also a Sonic Underground game, although that was just a Tiger Electronics thing.

The only "Sonic x game" I knew of was a game boy cartridge with the first episode or two in it. Thinking back on it it was probably bootleg though. And that it seriously lacked in the gaming it said it had.
