Hi, I'm new to this site and I'm very impressed with the work that has been done here. The issues looks just like the original Sonic The Comic I bought years ago. I'm going to convert all the issues to PDF format for personal use as I find them far more comfortable to read and easier to collect. I'll host them and give them to this site for use if your like. However does anyone still remember the structure of the comic by any chance? As in which sections (zones) goes first?
Many Thanks,
- Koloth

Sounds interesting. We've actually been looking at this for a while but as with most cosmetic changes, it's difficult to find time to get around to on top of the usual getting new issues ready. Anyway, the Data Zone and Control Zones always went first (but never co-existed before). Then Sonic. Since our comics are shorter, I suggest putting a pin-up here, in the middle, followed by the Review Zone, followed by the back-up, followed by Speedlines, with Next Issue at the back. But there were variations on this.

I'd suggest splitting each Data Zone up into segments which would act as "introduction" pages to each strip (which could also feature the writer/artist credits). That's actually how I wanted the online version to work, although unfortunately I didn't get my way...
Anyway, good luck. Do you have any physical copies of old issues? You would do well to have a look, to compare the formats...

Koloth, I am afraid that this solely constitutes a brief and insubstantial contribution, yet I am somewhat pressed for time and so cannot indulge in a lengthy analysis at this precise instant.
However, I can note that when I attempted to view the .PDF, none of the images would load... this could be due to your use of an Acrobat version too advanced for my reader, however. is anyone else encountering problems that could be construed as similar to this?
Regardless, Koloth, continue your valuable work!

I've altered the pdf of issue #224 slighly to include a back issues page. It's VERY slow loading. I think it's probably to do with my computer and my 56k connection.
I wish someone would host the back issues as web pages again...

I find that for all PDF files when trying to load them in internet explorer (think its a bug with acrobat). Download the PDF file then load it. You'll probably find the loading quicker then. I wish someone would host the back issues as web pages again... I gather you mean the original comic scans?

;D I don't know about the other guys and their -ahem- slower PC's, but it loaded just fine for me (Well, I am a green genius so I will have to have the worlds top notch computer system ). It really made me smile and remember how the comic used to be set out. You done a good job. Again good job. I think you should carry on with what you are doing ad don't stop. Goodluck.

I think the pdf looks great, Koloth. Good job. Thanks, I've done a few more now that I'll upload shortly. I'd like to make #228 and #229 as pdf files as well but you don't seem to host them. Anywhere else I can get them?

Don't we? Hmm. I don't have the files here myself, but I dare say some around here do... I sure hope so, anyway.

I gather you mean the original comic scans? No, I mean the new issues, just as regular web pages again (as the most recent issue always is)! To begin with it was all hosted like that, but some requested zips of the back issues. For some reason all the web pages were replaced with the zips, which is annoying for a great number of reasons. I hope SOMEONE brings them back onto the web in that format in the near future...

The reasons for the zips are entirely due to space. If we had the time to sort it out, we would, but at the moment I'll be happy just to get a comic out on time every two months.

I'm sorry if I'm being really dumb here, but where are these zip files exactly?
