Ah good old Dragonzord. Couldn't he combine with the Megazord to create the Megadragonzord/Dragonmegazord/another combination of the same words? Yeah, the White Falcon ruled, especially in the movie. It'd just bring its wings together and relentlessly blast a loada missiles from its tips. I think my favourite though was the Triceratops or the Blue Wolf. As you see, I always pictured myself as the Blue Ranger. Can anyone fill me in on the Shogun Zords? I remember that they may have been Rita/Zedd's creations to defeat the Power Rangers and that the Rangers eventually overpowered them and claimed them as their own, but how and what'd they look like?

The Shogun zords were like the original Zords cept a wee bit buffer.
Red Ranger got a Red Dragon, basicilly a long flying dragon that could turn into a warrior with a bo-staff.
Blue Ranger got a Unicorn which was essentially a black box with a neck and head:p
Yellow Ranger got a Griffon that look exactly the same as the Unicorn but it was yellow.
Black Ranger got a Lion, which was like a big sphereical middle with flat arms and legs.
Pink Ranger got Fire Bird (Phoenix) zord that was like a far more detailed version of her old Zord.
When the combined it was like a metal Samurai (to some extent) and carried the biggest freaking katana ever to grace this earth!
It rocked, it kept using Iaido Draws on people. ;D
*walks into his DRAWERS! BUDUMM-PSSH!*

The Shogun zords were like the original Zords cept a wee bit buffer. Nah, those were the Thunderzords. The Shogunzords were giant animal-faced ninja things that had been lost for milleniums until Rita & Zedd found 'em. They rebuilt them using data taken from the stolen Ninjazords and tried to blackmail the Rangers into piloting them against Earth from them. As you can guess, that plan went tits-up.

I've been summoned to the thread by Charmy! Few thoughts in no particular order: The Ninja zords were always my favourite after the originals (Can't beat that classic look, imo). Though I think that was mainly because they looked so damned cool in the movie. Zedd would pwn any of the other villains. Though Mesogog would probably give him a run for his money, Meso is one vicious monster, did you see what he did to Lothor?!? Don't know much if anything other than what the suits look like from Lost Galaxy-Ninja Storm as I "grew out" of PR during that time and only caught last season because of a fluke, I downloaded it for no apparent reason and suddenly Tommy was back so I thought "oh, I'll watch this then" lol! Surprised by how good the current shows are. Dino Thunder was very cool, if sort of ploddy during the last half. SPD has been consistantly great so far. Still, I'm not as much a fan of the zord battles. The japanese originals are cool, but the US versions are just a bit too generic for my tastes. Speaking of the japanese original. Sentai is my new favourite love! Abaranger rocked the house and I love it to bits, imported myself some of the adult sized jackets last summer, ahh how I was broke after that... Dekaranger is also cool, but in a totally different way. Magiranger, the current show, is lining itself up to really be something. The cast are working well (Though Makito scares me slightly) and the powers/mecha/villains look gorgeous! Now that I'm well on the way with my japanese it's also nice to pick up a nice chunk of what they're saying without relying 100% on subtitles too Mike

This is odd- I go looking for Dragonzord on Google, and find this...Meso is one vicious monster, did you see what he did to Lothor?!? "It seemssss there are one too many evil villainssss on thissss planet. And I have no intention of leaving." Ninja Storm's on DVD and there's a "Best Of" DVD out there with a bunch of multi-season stuff, including the Forever Red team-up.

Just, other than Forever Red, the episodes were fairly unmemorable. Wierd that all the "best of's" were the team-ups... Got a whole bunch of the episodes that I got last year that I'm very slowly working my way through. I finished "Ninja Quest 1-4" a couple months ago and haven't had chance to see anymore since, lol! Kept upto date with SPD though, that show rocks! Then again, it's not only got a great guy producing it, all it's japanese footage comes from Dekaranger, which also rocked! EDIT: That link is, errrr, odd I think would be the word. Yes, odd... Mike
