"Road to Perdition" is just an awe-inspiring film. Admittedly, I'm not sure the story holds up afterwards, but the directorial style and performance is just awesome. Plus, the original was drawn by STC's own Richard Rayner I believe (?).
I found most of the Batman and Superman films a bit off-putting to watch so I never really got into them. 'Spider-Man' is the best superhero film though. The first TMNT film was fun. Not good, exactly, but I have fond memories of it.
Oh, and the MIB films are pretty funny. The X-Men films were okay too, especially since I don't even like the X-Men.

yeah I would love to see venom in the third installment. I think they are having two villians in mk 3 storyline though. MK3? You mean Spiderman 3, yeah? Lol. It would rule to have Venom, he's so cool. I missed the Spiderman cartoon episodes with him in . Caught the ones with him and Carnage though, they were really cool.

It looks like 3 might be about the Lizard Though it could open the story up for Venom (Since Eddie Brock was already mentioned in the movies)

I don't mind The Lizard, I like him and I think they'd be able to make him look really cool. But the thing that bothers me is, how will they be able to incorporate The Lizard into a story with The Green Goblin. (Was incorporate the right word, lol?)

yeah. they got the sideways star in there as a villian. ideally I would like to see venom as I think the astronaut jameson would be annoyed at being let down at the altar. Still sony cancelled the s4 so spiderman will be in three films

Word is that he will be playing Sandman, I would have perfered Mysterio but thats just me. As long as Spidey actually makes some quips this time It should be preatty good film. And I hate Venom, theres just something so tacky about him, did Todd MacFarlane create him...

In Spidey 3 there will be the Sandman along with Black Cat, although whether she's good or bad in this (although I'm betting good) remains to be seen. As for Superman, it's being directed by Bryan Singer (of X-men) and rumour has it that James Marden (who plays Cyclops) will be the mn of steal.

Yeah, David Michelinie also. I knew it, I could sense the evil. As for Superman, it's being directed by Bryan Singer (of X-men) and rumour has it that James Marden (who plays Cyclops) will be the mn of steal. Marsden will be playing Perry Whites nephew/son, a love rival for Lois.

Is the new Superman film going to be a prequal? Because if you take the films and put them in chronologically, Lois may have gone out with White's nephew/ son, but how will that stand when Clark arrives? We know from the original that she falls for him in the end. In which case this is just an expansion on Smallville, or a completely different universe altogeher

The new Superman has long been confirmed as being played by Brandon Routh. He's relatively unknown.

Hugh Laurie as is the guy that did the double act with Stephan Fry a few years back? The dad from Stuart Little? (I can't think of a better example)

I stand corrected, its not dead yet (it doesnt sound half bad either) a while ago I heard that Simon Pegg may be playing Roscharch, which will be quite a strange experience to veiw if your a devouted Spaced fan like myself...

I don't like that choice. I think the best Perry was the one from The New Adventures of Superman, but he died last year.

As this thread seems to have become the superhero movie casting rumour mill, I will use it to proudly proclaim that...
*Drumroll*
Kelsey Grammar has been announced as Beast for X3.
After the shock wears off he actually seems to be quite a good choice.

Yes, excellent excellent casting choice there. It's a wonder no-one thought of it before, actually... David Hyde Pierce for Gambit! Eddie the dog for Sabertooth!
