Im into dance music and no other music, I may be one of the only dance fans on this message board but, hey, does anyone else like dance music.
i mostly listen to trance (while wearing my trance trousers) hard house, hardcore, drum & bass and wigan pier (if anyone has heard of that), which is sort of bouncy dance, and I read mixmag, and dj mag, Come on, their must be someone in the world who likes dance aswell, anyone?

I know that Dimension of this forum is one Dance fan on this forum. You'd be hard pressed to find too many more though.

Man I hate dance, ok its good at discos but just listening to it outside of one is weird. But half the guys in my class like it but me I'm more of a Blink 182 and Papa Roach kind of person but I hope you find people who like it on this forum.

Was never really a big fan of it in the past, but have been getting into it a lot lately. Trance is great, but I mostly prefer the harder stuff, such as drum and bass, hard house and, of course... GABBA!

as I see it trance can get a little repetitive though, but its good to listen to on a long car journey, as for the harder stuff, your spot on, its always better than trance through & through, just those fast kick drums I surpose.

yeah I love it!!!
tonight I am off to sunderland to work at the radio one after party with mauro picotto, dave pearce, judge jules and richard tulip. Should be quality.
I love all sorts of dance from house to trance. I am also into big beat (chems, daft punk, prodigy and fatboy slim) too.
btw I have been to wigan pier. went there for my 18th bday. It cool but I prefer the trance side as scouse house could be better production wise.
thats 3 out of 520 members into dance then.

I don't like dance, rap, pop, skater rock or hip hop. I'm into classic rock (eg. Thin Lizzy, Led Zep, Whtesnake) and NME style etc.

well the radio one after party was total bosh. Absolute quality from start to stop as Richard Tulip, Dave Pearce, Jules and Picotto unleashed those euphoric beats.
The highlight at the end had to be Picottos Techno set. I love the alchemist EP and was great to hear some of his newer productions.
All in all a great night and a diverse crowd that throughly enjoyed themselves.

must be heard to be believed.

I like some dancey stuff...Daft Punk, Chemical Brothers, Basement Jaxx, Mr Scruff (I'd love to see him live one of these days), stuff like that. And I like electro, particularly Royksopp (cheers for that Rob, I owe you one) and Ladytron. I HATE trance, though. Sorry. I blame my stepsister, she used to live with us and played it ALL THE TIME. If any Geordies want to stalk ronson, he works in the Foundation. Or at least, he did at one point. ;D

Hmm, Dance something I'm not a great fan of, some of it works ok in flash animations but its not something I could sit around listening to all day

At least there are SOME dance fans, but more neede! Has anyone heard of bouncy/scouse house? It is good but as Ronson explained it could be better production wise. But its donking baselines make it a little catchy, but can get anoying after a while though.
