Sonic Generations 3DS. Thanks to the copy pasted level design in the classic era, I actually discovered the location of a special stage ring in Mushroom Hill Zone Act 1 that I didn't know about before. Did it do anything when you collected it? The special stage rings aren't actually in Generations 3DS. Instead, in the spots where they'd be in S3&K, you just have regular rings arranged in the shape of giant rings.

Megman ZX Advent, I'd forgotten how brutal Megaman games can be especially in the boss battles.

Finished GTA V, last mission is a let down in my opinion.
And I'm playing Castle of Illusions the remake, Controls could use some work, but for a download game it's really good.

I finished rain yesterday, a game by Japan Studio. It was an excellent experience. I even cried during the credits, probably sadness, joy, happy that I got through the game, and saw a happy ending. I reccomend it dearly to anyone who likes an unique adventure.

Pokemon X. May go more in-depth with my initial impressions in the main Pokemon thread.

Sonic Lost World 3DS. Its Super Mario 3D Land! Wahoo! Its not really. But its not like anything you would expect. Level design is really from Mario 3D Land. A good chunk of squares above a bottomless pit of pain. Not sure about the parkour parkour moves. Controls are a bit fiddly. Levels feel too long. None of that finish a level in under 30 secs bull here. Also screw the special stages. You need an office chair to beat them. Story is actually genuinely amusing. Tails is nearly Daffy Duck to Sonic's Bugs Bunny. I'm actually starting to like Tails a bit because of this. So far only seen Amy and Knuckles before Knuckles is carried away to be [censored]ed by the cky critters. In a weird way it kinda feels like "What if Sega took the Japanese storyline in the direction of the Western story? I:E Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Amy SEEM to be some sort of Freedom Fighter group fighting Eggman as he turns animals into robots. Also got the Wii U version which is funny because I dont own a Wii U. In short why dont you people buy games from ShopTo? GTAV. Trevor is a mix of awesome and scary.enjoying the game.

Pokemon White - Let this sit for quite a while, but I went back to it the other day and cleared the story. Gonna keep at it a while longer before I move on to White 2.

Sonic Lost World (Wii U) I like it it's fun. Have to agree on Tails and Sonic's interactions, they're awesome Pokémon Y (beat the elite four and am just messing about now) Bit of Animal Crossing New Leaf because... I don't really know. And some Wind Waker because it came with the console so why not.

I have mixed feelings about playthrough with commentary, mostly cause the ones I've seen were littered with horrible jokes, immature comments and traces of wanting to be famous just for complaining about it like the Videogame Nerd.

Played a good chunk of Bit.Trip Complete on the Wii today. Really enjoying it, so simple, yet incredibly challenging with a steady enough learning curve. Even getting into Core, in spite of having quite some difficulty with it.
Incidentally, I don't particularly enjoy Runner. I know it's meant to be the darling of the series and all, but I just find it tedious.

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World
I'm starting to regret getting this now. I'm currently on the second chapter in some underground ruins near Asgard, and the boss here is kicking my ass! Bosses should not be this difficult this early into a game! I've adjusted my strategy and party formation but the end result is always the same: my guys maintain their distance from Ventus and help me kill its two Axe Beak cronies, then throw themselves at Ventus and swiftly die! Ventus barely takes any damage regardless of what attacks we use and constantly heals himself too! What the hell, game!? Why are you so cruel!?

I've decided that ToS: DotNW is a total dick of a game, so I'm moving on back to the 360 and going to see if Dead Island: Riptide is any good.

With the recent release of T.K Baha's Bloody Harvest, it gave me a good reason to play Borderlands 2 again. It was very short though, taking just under an hour to beat. I thoroughly enjoyed it because I love Halloween and it's got a new spooky area to explore anyway.

I started on Pokemon Y last night after realizing that it's not compatible with any of the previous games (the fact it's a 3DS title when the others are normal DS should've clued me in, derp :S). I chose Fennekin as my starter and have captured myself a full squad (I was quite surprised by some of the 'mons which can be caught so early on in the game).

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, after Stu recommended it. The art of the game looks very nice, and gameplay-wise it is a great platformer... feels a bit Rayman to me, as well. The shifting between dimensions reminds me of Soul Reaver, too! XD But I'm having similar problems with the controls as I did with Sonic Generations. Walking left and right feels a bit slippy and sometimes I will just walk off a platform without even touching the analogue stick or D-pad. :/ I suspect my controller might be crap. Having not seen the Giana Sisters games before, I assumed that the pink and blonde haired girls were the sisters, not two halves of the same person. Doi! I didn't realise the other sister was the one who needed rescuing. Hmm... so we have a Action Girl rescuing a Damsel? Interesting... *strokes invisisble beard*
