I dunno, I'd say Elite 4 has been vapourware longer than Duke Nukem. Only difference is DN has had a lot more press about random fake releases about it..

Elite 4 was proposed in 1998, which makes it 11 years old. Duke Nukem Forever was in development since 97, which makes it 12. So yeah, DNF was vaporware longer. Plus, more people cared.

I wouldn't qualify Elite 4 as vapourware, because it only exists as a concept - unlike DNF, it hasn't continuously been in development for all of that length of time.

I think everyone's been too embarrassed to make a game called "Elite 4" since the Pokemon craze.

Unbelievably, I've never linked those two ideas in my head before now.
.... Dammit.

I knew that Duke Nukem Forever will [censored] over 3D Realms. It was just a matter of when.

This week, it's time to get nostalgic for the days before loa........ding times as we look at Bionic Commando. Also, Yahtzee showcases a letter which nearly caused me to burst a blood vessel from laughing so hard.

This week, moral choice systems once again prove to be a complete crock as Yahtzee looks at inFamous.

Heh heh, that was quite a good one. Going in, I was wondering what exactly his main criticism of Infamous would be because no matter how critical you are about the logic, set-up or forced moral choices, the game still rocks socks. I would have mentioned how annoying the supporting characters are, though.

This week, it's the sandbox super-villain showdown! It's inFamous vs Prototype.

This week, Yahtzee makes a shocking realisation about the fairer sex (well, really he just confirms what us lonely, embittered sods already knew) during his review of The Sims 3.

This week, nostalgia has no place in Yahtzee's heart as he picks apart Ghostbusters.

This week, it's so easy when you're evil like Yahtzee in Overlord 2.

This week, fans really need to learn to be careful what they wish for as Yahtzee reviews Wii Sports Resort. By the way, for those who don't already know, Yahtzee's got a new column - Extra Punctuation - where he further elaborates and refines what he couldn't fit into the review. I think it gets updated every Friday our-time.

I think the Wii Sports Resort one was his best in a long time, even with the been-said anti-Wii stuff.

This week, Yahtzee looks back at one of his favourite (certainly one of my favourite) games of all time, Silent Hill 2. What with Mitch's own review of the game coming not so long ago, I'm starting to think some kind of cosmic alignment is going on and Silent Hill retrospectives will now crop up all over the place.

This week, Yahtzee's apparently developed a split personality while reviewing the first two episodes of Tales of Monkey Island.
