But thats not a film. That is a Japanese cartoon.
To save this thread it is now about DVDs in general. Carry on.

Personally I love Gundam SEED, but the main character cries far too much for me to care even remotly about him. But apart from that there's lots of big robots with enough guns and nukes to slaughter all of mankind, lots of 'sploions and a decent soundtrack and voice cast. EDIT: I'd go as far to say its better than Wing. Don't hurt me.

HMV have an amazing sale on at the moment, DVDs at £5 and above. They have the likes of Spongebob, Mortal Kombat, Pans Labyrinth, and many more I cant remember. Go fish. Also check out their trade in games section, some excellent deals there.

I just bought the Star Wars Trilogy boxset from HMV: it has the shiny "new" versions and the originals, which in all honesty, I prefer. Replacing Jim Henson alien animals with CG is just plain wrong! ;D I had been after the original versions for a while so I thought why the hell not?! I havent bought anything specifically for me for ages!

What his the better buy; Ducktales volume one or Ducktales: The Movie? The former is slightly more expensive.

I picked up The Dark Knight for Xmas today. It was only 15 quid for the two-disc special edition, and I've always been a Batman fan.
