HMV were selling that for about £30 6 months or so ago. I bought it as a reward for me having finished and handed in my dissertation.

You realize of course Ringo that that doesn't include the final season right? Of course. I was just mentioning it.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I have to inform you that Harvey Birdman Volume 2 has been dispatched. Joy. Carry on. Its so very annoying that a boxset of all three volumes was released on the same day.

Chances are it's for himself. ^The truth. I'd already bought everyone something for Xmas, and I have Seasons 1 & 2, so really I can't miss Season 3. Don't care though. I loved it.

Should have got it off play.com when it was over a tenner cheaper a week or two ago. I decided to splurge on it for my week off. Wasn't worth it.

I was able to check out the basement of CeX today. It's a DVD paradise!! I was able to get a good few: - Futurama Season 1
- Futurama Season 2
- Back To The Future Trilogy Ultimate Edition
- The Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift
I will go back and get Futurama Seasons 3 & 4 next month. They had them, but I was out of money.

Just bought Futurama Season 3 from Amazon.co.uk. It is the only season I'm missing now so for 8 quid it was a bargain. ;D

I was tempted to buy the 28 Days/Weeks Later double pack today, but then I figured I probably wouldn't watch them alone. Laugh if you like, but in my defence, those films are FRICKIN' TERRIFYING! D:
I did buy the sixth season of Star Trek: The Next Generation, however. It cost considerably more than 28 Days/Weeks Later would have, but I had the pennies to spare today. ^^

*Thread revival*
I've not long watched (again) one of my top films L.A. Confidential. I was wondering if anyone out there knew of films that were similar to this - a little action but mostly about the different characters in the force solving a crime. Multi stories coming in to one conclusion.
Trying to avoid action flicks, but I don't mind action within them.
Thoughts/suggestions?

Try Zodiac. Based on the Zodiac killings. Quite good, looks at the cops and jounralists involved in the case.
