I -think- the UK comic was the original, in fact I'm 99 percent sure, it may have been edited for younger audiences or something... actually I think they coloured it too, I believe it was black and white to start with... I have quite a few of the comics, my favourite for art was one where Bucky's on an asteroid, talking to some female rabbit (can't remember what about....) the art was ridiculously good! I'd love to get hold of a complete collection ^_^

And that is weird that it was out before some people here were born, I didn't think I was particularly young when I saw it.. I may still have a vhs tape of it, if so I'm digging that bad boy out and watching it tonight!

Though in the days she was a character, STC were still showing the citizens of mobius as cute little fluffy animals, whereas the fact that the Mobians have long since been established as anthros. I'm not sure the character could work for that reason.

If Super Shadow was put into the STC-O, would he be a good guy or a bad guy? Sonic switches to his opposite when he turns super, would it be the same for Shadow?

Sonic Rush adaptation: Sonic is sent to one of the new zones, where he meets Blaze. It seems that instead of a Hedgehog Kintobor found a female fast cat in that place. Also, The Robotnik there is a recolor and has another name. Blaze is a loner and a jerk like Sonic used to be in his old days, and doesn’t trust Sonic. One think that angers Sonic, is that everyone thinks he is Blaze, even if they don’t look alike. To make the story shorter, Amy and Knuckles aren’t in that adaptation, they are busy in their own stories…

Ahem, anyway, yeah Black Doom looks fantastic and he could be an excellent new antagonist, andmake things even better, he's an alien with an alien fleet.

Cause he is after the Chaos emeralds in Shadow game. Besides The Chaos emeralds are like the seven dragon balls, they are the only thing why aliens would bother to visit the planet. And would be a way to include the Akk in the comic, the Ark would be Black Doom ultimate weapon, but he needs a big source of power for it.

Not a bad idea. Unsure how long it'd be, but it could work. However, I reckon it'd be best to keep those "New Zones" from Shanzar out of the picture for as long as possible. I'd also like to portray Blaze as a more crucial character, should she ever appear, as opposed to merely an alternate Sonic. Doesn't mean I don't like it, though. ;D

That leads me into who I wouldn't mind seeing; Turbo. I really liked him in Space Race and always wanted the Freedom Fighters to find him wandering about Mobius (hurt, confused and gernally dazed) after the big merge occurred. He had potential, just not sure what exactly.
