I've never heard of 7-Zip... I've been told that it can be used to view .cbr files. Not that I've worked out how to get it to do so. Just seems like a nice extraction program to me, maybe that's what they meant.

I use 7Zip to extract from .rar files. Gives the option of extracting every image into documents or wherever the files you're extracting are, or creating a folder to store the images.
It CAN be used to extract images from .cbr (I do it when I want to take out pages from .cbrs without going through the whole comic)

I don't recall that one either! :/ Do you mean they were in one in a particular strip?

Mosquito guy that makes people go into comas.... sounds like the Bleed story in STCO. Is that what you mean? I seem to remember there were some other characters there besides Amy and Tails, but Amy was in hospital for most of that story! If thats what you mean then no it won't be Station Square. It'll say on the strip, orobably Metropolis Zone but cba to look!

Hmmm, if they are working with the police, then I wonder... would that go out of the window with Sonic having "gone evil"?
The Police wouldn't be able to even have the Freedom Fighters onboard as consultants given that Sonic practically founded the group.
*taps chin*
I feel a fanfiction coming on...

Hey people. Man this is a bit of a nostalgia trip. My name's Alex and I started collecting STC way back in 1993. I got STC issue 5, July 24th 1993 when I was 8. I collected them upto around issue 133 and only missed a couple of issues. The point is that they've been kept in my parents' attic all these years and now my folks are moving I've found them. I haven't got a full list of which issues I've got but I thought instead of chucking them out someone out there might want them. I'm surprised to see STC is still going (is it only online now though?) On a side note I used to draw a LOT of Sonic as a kid and always considered Richard Elson to be the best STC artist. If he's still around and reading this I'd like to say thanks to him for inspiring me when I was little, and a huge thanks to all the STC team between '93 and '98. Anyway. If anyone is interested in those issues let me know! Most are in great condition although a couple have a few tears and rips as is expected.

I need a good condition copy of #18 if you have it. It's the only issue, pre-reprints, that I don't have.
Oh and welcome to the boards =P.

Sorry mate I'm really looking to offload them all at once. I'm sorting them out as I type this and I'll post exactly which issues I have in about 10 minutes.

Ok here we go. I have issues starting from number 5 through to 139. I am missing these issues: 12, 32, 71, 132, 135 and 136. Most of the issues are in great condition, some have torn covers. Unfortuantley a lot of issues have hole punch holes down the spine as I used to keep them in a ring binder. I'm offering all 128 issues for £50. I live near Oxford so if you can get there a simple face to face trade would probably be the easiest way.

Yeah, I was but a wee nipper when I started collecting them. I'm surprised how well some of them have held up over the years.

OK, I think I've exhausted all other feasible options, including daily eBay checks, so I figure maybe I'd ask here if anyone can help me fill any gaps in my collection, in case any of you want to sell. Sonic The Comic (reprint issues)215, 218, 219, 220, 221 Sonic The Poster Mag8 So if you guys could help at all, I'd be really grateful. I'm willing to pay decent money for them, though within the bounds of sensibility, obviously. I think I have a couple of extra issues too so I'll see if I can dig them out To hand, all I have is a slightly scuffed STC #20 and a slightly marked edition of Sonic the Hedgehog: Spin Attack (the second collected edition of the Sonic STC strips) that the previous owner drew in the back of. Might be nice for a completist, I suppose. I really regret not collecting the reprint issues originally as, of course, they're really hard to find now. Had I known at the time I'd only have to keep collecting for a while, I'd have stuck it out.

I'd prefer having the real comics, especially since my collection is so close to complete. Thanks anyway.

Does anyone with encyclopedic knowledge of STC know which issues Ebony appears in? I have something in the works which needs such knowledge!

Does anyone with encyclopedic knowledge of STC know which issues Ebony appears in? I have something in the works which needs such knowledge! Knuckles' story "Roots" in issues 94-96, Super Sonic's stories "Hunter & The Hunted" in 116-118 and ""Return of the Nightmare" in 146-148 and Sonic's stories "Perfect Chaos" in 183 and "Point of No Return" in 184. As for STC-O, I can't remember specific numbers, but she pops up in Sonic's first storyline and the Knuckles story where she wipes Tikal's memory.

Does anyone have scans of 185-223? The ones on tails-kicks-ass.net only has a few pages scanned.

Does anyone have scans of 185-223? The ones on tails-kicks-ass.net only has a few pages scanned. That's because the cover, fan art and letters pages are the only new material. All the strips in those issues are reprinted from earlier issues.
