I was going to do a butchery of those character intro title things they've started putting in, but all I could think of was "Doctor Finitevus: REALLY REALLY EVIL"
Mammoth Mogul and Finitevus are both class villains.

Considering he's calmly setting up terrorism and attempted mass murder, as well as wishing an uncontrollable demon had torn through a busy urban centre, simply because his job is boring... well, yeah, he's nuts.
Plus most people who deal with bombs are calm, otherwise they have on-the-job accidents.
Not that I wouldn't love to see a Bean version of the former IRA guy from Punisher: Kitchen Irish, using a glass plate to hold his face together... ("Who the [censored] are you. To talk to me. About bombs.")
